Having worked in community mental health for over a decade, I want to build and create safe space for people to feel connected, listened to and find the ability to change.
I believe in the power of honest conversation and the healing that comes from being truly seen and heard. My approach is not about fixing you, but about walking alongside you as you discover your own path forward.
Whether we're walking through a park, sitting in a quiet space, or meeting virtually, my goal is to create an environment where you feel safe to be your authentic self.

Do you do sliding scale pricing?
Yes I do, feel free to connect with me and we can discuss a fee that might work for you. Please be aware that I will need proof of income for sliding scale pricing.
